WHAT IS MEDICAL PAYMENT INSURANCE aka MEDPAY? HOW DOES IT HELP ME AND MY PASSENGERS? WHY SHOULD I/WE USE IT?

Medpay is a type of insurance you have on your OWN auto policy (Nationwide, Allstate, State Farm, GEICO etc) to help pay for Chiropractic treatment if you’ve been in a car wreck, whether it’s your fault or not. Medpay pays for you and ALL passengers in your car who are injured during the accident.  We always recommend you and your passengers use medpay. Most people are worried that if they use medpay it will raise their premium. Also people say why should I use MY insurance if the accident was not my fault.  The reason is simple…it will NOT raise your monthly or yearly premium and if it pays your chiropractic bill in full or part – that leaves more of the final settlement money in your pocket. Sounds too good to be true – right?  The reason is you paid EXTRA for this coverage.  When you took out your auto policy your insurance agent probably added Medpay and you didn’t even know it.  Medpay is not expensive…pennies a day. It is kinda like having dental insurance on top of your health insurance…you normally pay extra for dental insurance.

COVID-19 SAFETY
MEASURES

It can’t be said enough – Your health and the
health of my employees are my priority, and
every decision I make is through that lens. I
want to make sure the approach I’m taking to
reopen my clinic is thoughtful, and that I’ve
created a clinic environment that is safe for
everyone. Some of the updates I have made to my clinic
to help keep everyone healthy are:

  1. Conduct health screenings of all employees
and patients (including use of Infrared No
    Touch Forehead Thermometer).
  2. Provide disposable face covering masks
(3 layers) to all employees and patients.
  3. Provide disposable shoe covers for all
    employees and patients.
  4. Gloves are worn by all staff members.
  5. Taking steps to allow for social distancing of six feet or more including limiting number of patients in the clinic.
  6. Increasing cleaning and sanitization of office and equipment. Equipment will be sanitized after each use.
  7. Constantly sanitizing our hard surface areas and chairs after every patient coming through the doors.
  8. Hand sanitizers will be located throughout the office.
  9. Altering hours of operation to give employees time to accomplish cleaning and sanitizing.
